On Saturday the second of August I am running the Tough Mudder event to raise money for CRY, cardiac risk in the young. This is in memory of my best friendLee Smith who died suddenly last summer leaving his wife and 8 week old son. He had undiagnosed cardio myopathy and had no warning signs or symptoms. I am completing the 11 mile obstacle course with his friends, wife Sally Smith and with the Fitness Zoo team on what would have been Lee and Sally’s third wedding anniversary. Although no amount of money can ever bring Lee back, please give generously to help CRY with the great work they do.
